Silk Route…!!

Great company demands great food experience!! So I was searching Zomato for some place nearby providing an offbeat menu and I bumped on this resto!

For a change, this hotel provided a separate menu card to each one of us (3 people). I have almost never seen a place providing a separate menu card for even 2-3 people although many tables are empty and there\’s not much to do with the remaining menu cards.

Hell bent on ordering something different, I asked for Za\’atar Naan with cottage cheese. Naan base was crispy and was served without any sauce or dip. However, with the green chutney that we asked for, it tasted good.

My friend ordered chilli Pitawich. It was two thin slices of well baked Pita bread with ample cheese, tomato and onion stuffing. Kind of hybrid of thin crust pizza sandwich made of pita bread. Spicy, the way i like it!

Lassi. Seemed less thick than it usually is. I didn\’t

taste it as another of my friend who had ordered it was on Navratri fast. He asked for a thicker one and they immediately replaced it.

Balah bel laban: Date milkshake in simple English. Was not thick though was concentrated enough!

Vietnamese ice coffee : Ordered but not available.

Ambience: The pics say it all. Ample parking space in the basement.

Service: Top notch.

Pricing: Considering all the above factors and the location of the place.. not costly!

You must try it atleast once…!!
